Olufemi obtained a Bachelor’s (Honours) degree in Engineering Physics in 1990 from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. In 1991, he joined the services of Logic Science Limited, Lagos as a systems Engineer and rose to the position of manager. He left Logic Sciences to join a consulting company, He had consulted to various business organizations both private and public on Information Technology and management. He had attended various professional training courses both in IT and Microfinance banking. He has been on the board of Emeralds Microfinance Limited from Inception.

Olasoji had his Higher National Diploma in Accountancy, he is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) and Certified Microfinance banker (MCIB). He started his banking career with Afribank Nigeria Plc and has attended various courses.

Ademiluyi, obtained a bachelor’s degree in Geology from Michigan University USA in 1977 and masters degree in Environmental Science from Governors State University, Illinois. He worked in various places in USA between 1976 and 1979 before he returned to Nigeria and joined the services of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation in 1980. He has worked in various departments of the oil giant and while in service, he attended various professional training courses within and outside Nigeria and belonged to the professional bodies of the American Association of Petroleum Geologist, National Geographical society, Nigerian Environmental Society and the Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals. He retired from the corporation in 2003.

David attended University of Lagos where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1987 and Master degree in Design and Production engineering in 1989. Working with Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation NNPC and Shell Petroleum Development Company SPDC of Nigeria, his experience in the oil & gas industry cut across Oil & Gas Project Design and Construction supervision, Nigerian Content Policy formulation and enforcement, Oil & Gas Project Development and Management. He is involved in development of mini network for power generation, transmission, distribution and metering. David has good experience of Real Estate Investment Management and advisory and a real estate project funding strategist. He is a member of Nigerian Society of Engineers.

Olugbenga attended University of Lagos in 1978 where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He has 28yrs experience in banking industry and has worked in central bank of Nigeria and while in service, he attended various professional training courses. He retired from Sterling Bank.
